Saanio & Riekkola voted one of the best places to work in Finland

Saanio & Riekkola scored well again in Finland’s Great Place to Work contest. This year, we finished in sixth place in the small workplace (15-49 employees) division. The contest is organised each year by the Great Place to Work Institute of Finland and was first held in 2003.

 

The best workplaces in Finland are mainly chosen according to the opinions of the companies’ employees. The Great Place to Work survey is designed to provide an accurate, challenging, and unbiased measure of the quality of a workplace.

 

The participation of an organisation in the Great Place to Work contest also tells its employees about management’s desire to develop the organisation into an exceptional place to work. The right to use the Great Place to Work logo is a reason to be proud of one’s workplace.
